Hi, I’m Emily
I spent 26 years in B2B Tech Sales, most recently as a Senior Leader at Google. I have worked every role from Inside Sales Rep to Key Account Director to Head of Sales, and have closed some of the biggest deals in my segment in that time. In 2023-25 I built a $100M business from scratch, and felt the effects of exhaustion and burnout first hand.
I learnt so much as an individual seller, a manager and a business leader but still made the same mistakes again and again. After training as a Co-Active coach I realised that leadership is a skill we can develop from the start of our careers and relies on a deeper understanding and connection with ourselves and others to be truly transformational.
Having worked in some of the largest and most competitive corporates in the world, I am well aware that the journey of a leader is far from simple. The Corner Office provides real, practical & honest guidance on how to be authentically you and lead people well in order to build a career you’re proud of.
