How the programme works
Intake session (paid, 60 mins) — we go deeper & design our coaching alliance. Where have you come from, what do you really want, and what's getting in the way? This session sets the foundation for everything that follows.
Discovery call (free, 15 mins)— we talk about where you are in your career, what you’re working towards and whether we’re the right fit for each other because good coaching depends on our relationship. No obligation.
Support between sessions — access to me via WhatsApp or email for the moments that can't wait until your next session. Because life doesn't always time itself conveniently.
Ongoing coaching sessions (minimum of 5, paid, 60 mins) — regular sessions built around what you're working on right now. Part reflection, part preparation, part honest conversation about what's really going on. Fully led by you & your needs.
